MAC Refund Policy

If any purchaser of a membership to the MAC requests a refund for his/her membership fees, such a request must be made in writing to MAC via surface mail, fax or e-mail to the address below.

Membership Refund requests will be filled as follows:

• No refunds will be given if a request is made more than 30 days after notification has been made that the membership application has been processed.

MAC membership or merchandise purchased is returnable and refundable for 30 days after purchase with receipt or proof of purchase, less service fees.

Tickets sold on the MAC website are not returnable or refundable.
